Nutrition Philosophy

I provide lifestyle-based approach to nutrition counseling; I do not believe in diets. I collaborate with my clients to create an individualized nutrition plan that allows them to set and achieve goals that fit into their daily routine. I provide the nutrition foundation, while my clients decide what changes they want to make, when they want to make them, and how fast we go to make those changes.
