Holiday Oreo Brookie Bars

Ingredients
  • 1 batch chocolate chip cookie dough, store-bought or homemade
  • 1 batch brownie batter, store-bought or homemade
  • 15-16 Oreo sandwich cookies
  • Sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13-inch pan with a sheet of parchment paper. Hold the paper in place by using binder clips.
  2. Spread the cookie dough in an even layer on the bottom of the pan.
  3. Layer the Oreos in a grid pattern on the cookie dough, pressing lightly so the Oreos stick to the cookie dough.
  4. Pour the brownie batter evenly over the Oreo/cookie dough layers. Add sprinkles liberally.
  5. Bake the bars for 20-30 minutes, or until they are set. Cool for 10-15 minutes in the baking dish and then remove to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares using a very sharp knife.
