Whipped Avocado Dip

Simply A (RD) Fact: Avocados are actually fruit (!) and contain monounsaturated fats (the heart-healthy kind!).
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Juice of half a large lime
  1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine avocados, salt, and lime juice. Turn the food processor on high and blend until smooth. Taste the dip and adjust seasonings as needed. Spoon dip into a pretty bowl and serve alongside pita chips, corn chips, or raw veggies!
