Simply A (RD) Fact: Beef is a good source of vitamin B12, which is important for keeping nerve cells healthy!
  • 1 pound ground beef, 80-20 mix
  • 2-3 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  1. Preheat your grill over medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper. Using your (clean) hands, gently combine the beef and seasonings together. Portion out 2oz portions of beef and roll them into a ball. Lightly flatten the ball into a disc and then make a divot in the center of the patty.
  3. Pop the sliders onto the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Allow the sliders to rest for 5 minutes before topping with all your favorite fixin's and serving to your family and friends!
